A few things to know

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Which AI clients can I connect?

Engini's MCP documentation lists Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT as compatible clients. Setup, authentication and feature availability can vary by client and plan. Check the current MCP guide before getting started.

What can the Salesforce connection do?

The Salesforce connector documentation describes getting, creating, updating and deleting records. What your agent can do depends on the tools you configure and select, your Salesforce access and the client's support. The sample on this page illustrates a read scenario only.

Can I bring my own agent?

Yes. Build with a compatible client such as Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT, connect Engini MCP and select the Salesforce tools your workflow needs. Follow the setup requirements for your client and Salesforce account.

Is the Salesforce example a live demo?

No. The account and opportunity data are fictional and the workflow is illustrative. The example on this page does not connect to Salesforce, execute tools or show a verified Salesforce product recording.

What do I need to get started?

An Engini account, access to the relevant Salesforce environment and a compatible MCP client. Review the official setup guides and validate the selected tools before relying on their results.
