AI Solution Engineer
The Role
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or applied AI roles.
- Hands-on with modern AI stacks - LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), RAG, function-calling, evals.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and business systems (at least one of: Priority, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday).
- Great demo presence. You can debug in front of a live customer without sweating.
- Strong English + Hebrew.
What You'll Do
- Lead AI-Worker POVs - scope, design, build, demo, and close the technical loop with enterprise customers.
- Prompt-engineer, tool-compose, and evaluate bespoke AI Workers on top of Engini's MCP connector framework.
- Build the "reference playbooks" - invoice automation, PO matching, HR onboarding, sales-ops, risk alerts.
- Be the bridge between Product/ML and the field - what works in demos vs. what survives production.
- Train the PS team and partners on AI-Worker design patterns.
- Own technical content - architecture diagrams, case studies, customer-facing docs.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or applied AI roles.

- Background in finance, procurement, ops, or supply-chain automation.
- Prior iPaaS/automation-platform experience.
