Product Manager
The Role
- 4+ years as a PM in B2B SaaS, ideally in iPaaS, automation, low-code, data, or AI products.
- Technical fluency - you can read an API spec, sketch a data model, and pressure-test an architecture.
- Strong writing and structured thinking. Your Notion docs are read to the end.
- You've shipped features that moved a business metric, not just features that shipped.
- Excellent English; Hebrew strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Own the roadmap, discovery, and outcomes for your surface.
- Run deep customer research - joint calls with Sales, PS, and CS; user interviews; session replays; support-ticket mining.
- Write crisp PRDs and product briefs the team can ship against without 3 rounds of clarification.
- Partner with design and engineering daily - you're in the weeds on flows, edge cases, and tradeoffs.
- Define and instrument success metrics (activation, retention, task-completion rate, AI-Worker reliability, cost-per-run).
- Be the internal evangelist - make Sales, CS, Marketing, and leadership fluent in what's coming and why.
