ApplyThe Role
You are the technical brain behind every strategic deal and deployment. You sit at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery - translating messy enterprise reality (ERP quirks, 14 stakeholders, compliance, data silos) into a clean Engini architecture that actually ships.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end solution design for enterprise deals - from first discovery call to signed SOW to production handoff. - Lead technical discovery with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leads. Map their current stack (Priority / SAP / NetSuite / Salesforce / custom) and design the Engini blueprint. - Architect multi-system integrations - ERP ↔ CRM ↔ e-commerce ↔ shipping ↔ AI Workers - using Engini's MCP-native connector framework. - Run live technical demos and POCs that prove value in days, not months. - Partner with Sales on pricing, scoping, and risk assessment; be the "technical closer" on 6-7 figure deals. - Partner with Product - bring real-world field signals back and influence the roadmap. - Mentor the Professional Services team on architectural patterns and reusable process blueprints.
What you'll Bring
- 5+ years as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Integration Architect in B2B SaaS / iPaaS / enterprise software. - Deep hands-on experience with at least 2 ERP/CRM ecosystems - Priority, SAP (S/4HANA or B1), NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or Monday. - Strong API fluency - REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, SSO/SAML, event-driven patterns. - You can design a system on a whiteboard and defend it against a skeptical enterprise architect. - Excellent English + Hebrew, customer-facing presence, executive communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, Make, n8n). - Exposure to MCP, LangChain, agent frameworks, or LLM-powered automation. - Background in manufacturing, logistics, financial services, or Israeli market ERPs. - Technical writing or public speaking experience.
