Automation Architect
The Role
- 6+ years in integration, automation, or enterprise software roles.
- Deep hands-on with Priority ERP (or SAP B1 / NetSuite) - workflows, APIs, data model.
- Strong experience with iPaaS platforms - Engini, Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Make, Zapier, n8n.
- Fluent with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SQL; comfortable reading OpenAPI specs cold.
- You've built an automation that processes thousands of transactions a day and rarely breaks.
What You'll Do
- Architect complex multi-system automations - OCR pipelines, Priority ↔ Salesforce sync, multi-carrier shipping, e-commerce ↔ ERP invoicing, reconciliation flows.
- Lead technical scoping for large Professional Services engagements.
- Build reusable process blueprints (we already have 116; you'll add the next 30).
- Troubleshoot the hardest production incidents - data, timing, auth, edge-cases in legacy systems.
- Mentor the PS team; review workflow designs; raise the architectural bar.
- Close the loop with Product on connector gaps, platform limitations, and feature requests.
What You Bring

- Experience with OCR pipelines (Tesseract, Textract, OpenAI Vision).
- Israeli market ERP fluency (Priority, חשבשבת, Rivhit, Icount).
- Exposure to AI-Worker / agentic patterns.
