DevOps Engineer
The Role
- 5+ years DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering experience in production SaaS.
- Deep AWS or GCP expertise - VPC, IAM, KMS, managed services, cost optimization.
- Strong Kubernetes + IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, Helm).
- Solid scripting / automation (Python, Go, Bash).
- Security-first mindset. You've been through at least one real SOC 2 audit.
- Comfortable with hybrid-remote work; some Tel Aviv overlap expected.
What You'll Do
- Own the production cloud environment (AWS and/or GCP) - networking, security, secrets, IAM.
- Design and run the CI/CD pipelines - fast, safe, auditable, zero-downtime deploys.
- Own Kubernetes / container orchestration - autoscaling, cost, reliability.
- Build the observability stack - metrics, logs, traces, alerting, on-call runbooks.
- Lead security posture - SOC 2, ISO 27001, enterprise audit support.
- Harden the MCP + AI-Worker infra - rate limits, sandboxing, cost controls, multi-tenant isolation.
- Drive cost efficiency - FinOps mindset; every dollar is a product decision.
What You Bring

- Experience running multi-tenant AI / LLM infra - GPU pools, token cost tracking, prompt-injection defenses.
- Experience with Temporal, Kafka, Redis Streams, or event-sourced architectures.
- Background in enterprise SaaS compliance (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
