UX/UI Designer
The Role
- 4+ years as a product designer in B2B SaaS.
- A portfolio that shows real complexity - not just onboarding screens.
- Master-level Figma, component libraries, auto-layout, design systems.
- Strong interaction craft - you care about micro-states, motion, empty states.
- Comfort with data-dense and flow-based UIs (think Linear, Monday, Retool, n8n, Notion).
- Fluent English; Hebrew preferred.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end design - research, flows, wireframes, hi-fi, prototypes, handoff, QA.
- Evolve the Engini design system - components, tokens, patterns, motion.
- Design the AI-Worker experience - plans, steps, approvals, explainability, error states, trust signals.
- Run usability testing with real customers (operators, not designers).
- Partner daily with PMs and engineers; push back when the tradeoff is wrong.
- Contribute to brand and marketing surfaces when needed.

Why This Role Matters
The best AI product of 2026 won't be the one with the smartest model - it'll be the one with the UX that makes operators *trust it enough to give it the keys*. That's you.
